ON REGISTER / PRIVATE PILOT

Terms of use

These terms apply to On Register, a print-shop job board operated by Lunar Elevation at shopboard.lunarelevation.com. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use it for a business, you represent that you are authorized to act for that business.

The service and pilot

The service helps shops track job readiness, including artwork, garments and screens. The demo uses sample data stored in your browser. The private pilot requires an invite. There is no charge during the pilot. Features may change, be unavailable or be discontinued, and we may offer paid plans in the future; we will describe any price and obtain your agreement before charging you.

Your account

Provide accurate account information, keep your password and invite code private, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account. The current pilot supports one account per shop. Contact us if you need help with access.

Your information and responsibilities

You retain ownership of information you enter. You permit us and our service providers to store, process, display, back up and transmit it as needed to provide and secure the service and respond to your requests. You are responsible for obtaining the rights and permissions needed to enter information about customers or others. Do not enter payment-card information or other sensitive information the service does not need.

The board is a planning aid. You remain responsible for checking approvals, garment quantities, artwork, schedules and other production details before committing to or printing a job. Keep copies of information you need; CSV export is available for active jobs.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another account, interfere with its operation, distribute malware, or use it unlawfully. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, address abuse or comply with law.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, security, technical problems or other reasons. Pilot features and limits may change. We may revise these terms; if a change is material, we will provide notice when appropriate and update the effective date.

Disclaimer and liability

The pilot is provided as available, without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every workflow. To the extent allowed by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. These terms do not limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending use

You may stop using the service at any time. To request account or data deletion, email us. We may retain information where needed for backups, security or legal obligations, as described in the privacy policy.
